Main Street AI provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Social media content creation and management
- Marketing automation setup (GoHighLevel)
- Business consulting and strategy
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Pay for services according to agreed terms
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month
- Project-based work may require deposits
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your business. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Main Street AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
